Further Reflection on the UGP

I have much work to do. I had forgotten about the annotated bibliography and genre samples I am to collect, though I have been doing some light research. As I perused the textbook, Writing Outside Your Comfort Zone, I noticed activities the authors implemented in their classrooms that would be helpful for my process. First, they looked at samples and listed the characteristics that made a piece successful or unsuccessful. Then they talked consistently about feedback—how to give it, what makes it constructive, how to use it. I need to find some photography experts and go to Sr. Hilda and perhaps my classmates as points of reference for this project as I continue. But first, the samples of excellent (or not so excellent) photo essays must be unearthed. To the library and the internet I must go.
